Lattice Paisley Dress

The hardest part of my day is getting up and dressed for work.  I sleep to the last possible second and then it is a race to make my train. I have found in my almost 20 years of commuting (eeeekk!) that having a closet of dresses that fit me and I feel comfortable in is the only way I can get out of the door on time. I think I should explain that last sentence. My weight fluctuates and if I put on an outfit that is too tight or I can’t figure out what to pair with it, I can be standing in my closet for what seems like hours trying on and discarding clothes. I don’t have the luxury of time to weed through my closet to find something to wear, so a row of work friendly, figure flattering dresses are my savior. Once I add a chunky necklace and pair of shoes, I am out the door and on the train.  There is nothing better than finding a brand that work for my figure, budget and style so that I can go back year after year to buy something from their collection to add my closet. I have added this Lattice Paisley Dress into my rotation. I love that it works well on its own, with a white fitted jacket or the navy cardigan picture below. This one is a keeper..
