It is time to put out my Easter decorations, fill the eggs with candy and dust off the baskets! I love everything to do with Easter.. the colors, flowers, candy, bunnies and the excitement of the egg hunt. I have a bin of decorations, mostly bunnies in all shapes and forms, that I have the kids help me put around the house. I want to make a fresh flower (and candy?) arrangement for our kitchen table and went searching for decorating ideas. Look what I found:
How inviting is this beautiful tulip wreath? I would love to be able to make it myself and hang it on my door.
I found many elegant, and simple to create, ideas for decorating your table. Each photograph has a link below it that will take you to the instructions. The hard part will be deciding which one to make!
I have not decorated eggs in years, but these are so beautiful that I am tempted to make them! Wrap hard-boiled eggs in an open weave patterned fabric of choice (fishnet, cheese cloth, crochet, etc.), hold in place with a rubber band and spray paint.
While searching, I came accross these napkins and fell in love with them! Depending on the size of your Easter gathering you may want to get to work on these napkins in advance! I can hear a collective AHHH when your guests see your table!
Click here for a How To Fold Bunny Ear Napkin or watch the video below for another version that even has a cotton tail!
If I was hosting Easter I would make these “Tiffany” boxes for everyone at my table and hide the golden egg in one of them! (Note: Make sure get a box that fits your golden egg)
I still have not decided which arrangement I am going to make, but I know I need to stop by Michael’s to pick up supplies. Good luck with your decorations and if you need more inspiration check out these ideas.
