I am always on the look out for a really delicious gluten free chocolate dessert. Our oldest son was diagnosed with Celiac when he was just a year old. He has not eaten gluten since then and has no interest in anything besides chocolate ice cream for dessert. We tempted him with these Fudgy Brownies and he now requests them regularly. They are very rich and chocolaty, and start disappearing as soon as they have cooled. Recipe Note: I make them without the pecans and cinnamon.
