I am excited to announce that Lisa Thiele, With Style & Grace Blog, has created a e-cookbook of Gluten-Free recipes: Living Gluten-Free with Style & Grace. She is one of my favorite blogs to follow and inspires me to make more and more gluten-free recipes with her beautiful food images and knowing her personal story. Our older son was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at 18 months and ever since he has been living a gluten-free life. He does not know any differently and does not think he is missing out when people are eating cookies, pizza, pasta, and breads in front of him. In the 13 years he has had Celiac, the world has produced so many amazing products, recipes and tolerant restaurants. I do not have Celiac Disease, but have two of the antibodies and try to eat as gluten-free as possible to keep myself on track and feeling my best. I know what good pastries, bread and pasta tastes like and I am picky when it comes to eating gluten-free. Lisa has opened up a whole new world of cooking gluten-free for me and I am getting more adventurous with all the new ingredients. Along with her healthy recipes, Lisa has listed her favorite GF products, food to avoid and foods to embrace.
Be sure to share this with friends or family who either have Celiac or Gluten Intolerance, it is a wonderful resource and everyone should own a copy! Click here to buy Living Gluten-Free With Style and Grace.
