We use Zip-lock bags almost everyday in our kitchen for marinating meat and storing leftovers. It is so frustrating when the bag flops over when you are pouring liquids into it and spills all over the counter or the raw meat does not make it down into the bag but all over the zipper. I just came across these Jokari Baggy Racks that are the perfect extra set of hands! The arms pull out making it work with sandwich, quart and gallon bags and then they fold down for easy storage. I think everyone needs a set of these “hands” in their kitchen…I cannot wait to get mine!
PS. One reader left me a note: I bought those holders and they are wonderful. Just a word of caution: make sure that the bags are firmly clipped into place before you pour any liquids in. They work just fine, but every now and then the bag “get away.”
