One of the best items to buy for Back-to-School is a new backpack, and like supplies, I do not think this shopping tradition should stop after you graduate from school. I love getting a new bag for the start of Fall. Right after Labor Day I empty out my Summer bag and go back to my basic black one. I prefer a tote because I carry way too many things commuting to and from New York everyday. Truth be told, when I recently took a look at everything in my bag, I realized that I did not use or need half of it. I think my bag is now, at least, 2 pounds lighter after the edit! Until I am able to get my mind and hands around a ladylike sized pocketbook, I will still be leaning towards a tote with a strap long enough to throw over my shoulder. As I ponder a new Fall bag, in to my inbox came these MZ Wallace totes. I have been lusting after the black Paris tote for some time, but these new colors, Currant and Prussian Blue, and the addition of the JF tote for Fall are calling my name. I am having a hard time choosing… eenie, meeny, miny, moe…
Back-to-School Bag
To buy: MZ Wallace Totes
Want to know which one I am leaning towards? The Prussian Blue JF Tote. I love the color and the square shape. It has a 8″ handle drop and I think (hope) I can get it over my shoulder. As I write this and look again at the pictures, I think I may want the Currant one. Uh Oh. Clearly, I need a field trip to the store to take them all for a test drive. To be continued…
I love the blue! It seems somewhat unexpected compared to the currant.
Love these – and the detailing on the Prussian blue version gives you a bit of best of both worlds – hope we don’t look like twinsies when I see you on the train! 🙂
