Who is up for another Monthly Exercise Challenge? I know I am ! For March, we will be focusing on Abs.. making sure to work on all areas of our core. While I need to tone my whole body, I know the core is really important for my posture. Sitting at a desk all day long I find myself slouching and know my stomach is not helping! So I thought it was time to add in some stomach exercise.

So far we have done planks, squats and dips.

I am out of Shape and Can’t Motivate!
Same! That excuse won’t fly here. I have been sitting on my a@#$%% for months with a broken ankle and I am a mushy mess. If I can do it – you can too.
I Don’t Have Time!
UMMM.. Seriously you don’t have 5-10 minutes? Put down your phone, turn OFF Instagram and do some crunches! It’s that easy!
Why Should I do Core Exercises?
That is an easy one! You find yourself slouching while walking and sitting, you hate that your stomach is rolling over your undies and you want to slim the middle!
How am I going to Remember What to do Each Day?

OPTION ONE – Take a SCREEN SHOT of the image Below and Add it to a New Folder on your phone named Abs Challenge. Viola! No Excuses that you can’t find the image.
OPTION TWO – Print this 31 Day Ab Challenge Printable , then immediately tape it to your bathroom mirror. Being naked and looking in the mirror is a huge motivator.
How Do I do the Exercises?
- Grab a mat and some comfortable work out clothes
- Follow the images for each exercise
- Perform the weekly number for each exercise
- Repeat Daily
- Rest on Sunday
If you are a Beginner – Take it slow and only increase number of reps if you feel ready.
OK… When Do I start?
We start tomorrow – Monday, March 1st! If you are viewing this post at another time – Start on Day 1. It is never to late to jump in and get moving!
