Here we go! A new month and TWO challenges.. Yes, you read that right! We are doing not one but two challenges. I polled my followers and friends on Instagram and it was 50/50 for a De-Clutter Month and a Work out.
Do NOT stress – you can pick ONE or if you are feeling like an over achiever 🙂 do BOTH!
First Up! Lets De-Clutter for 30 day!
Take it one day at a time.
This is not supposed to overwhelm you and if you do too much in one day you may burn out. SO.. go box by box or skip around to a box that inspires you. Print the Sheet and check off a box each day.
Have a garbage bag handy and a box to donate. If it is clothing, you may want a box to sell and a box to alter/clean.

HA! Fun?? Well, maybe NOT fun but, it will help your posture and your core. We need that as we age and no better time than NOW to get on it!
Directions via Class Pass
Step one – Begin in a kneeling position. Bend your elbows to 90 degrees and pitch forward to place your hands and forearms on the floor.
Step two – Extend your legs behind you with toes tucked under to press into the plank. Distribute weight in your hands evenly by spreading your fingers apart, creating a stable base. If you prefer you can clasp hand together. Make sure to keep your body in a straight line, keeping your abdominal muscles tight.
