With a deep, deep freeze in New England it means my skin goes into a parched, miserable state. By the end of the day, my face feels tight, itchy and in need of some hydration. I sometimes take some oil or moisturizer and pat it all over my face so I get some relief before I get home and can get off my makeup. I am looking for a thirst quenching, skin softening moisturizer to nourish my sensitive dry face that will keep my skin hydrated all day. There are so many option out there and I am at a loss. I am thinking about this Ultra Moisturizing Balm, but it might be too think to wear under my makeup. Have any ideas? I would love some help!
In the mean time, I love this hand lotion (posted here), I keep one in my bag, next to my bed and on my desk. It is thick, but sinks in and feels great. I am a big fan of these silk pillows (I have a pink one for traveling so I don’t lose my white one in a sea of white Hotel pillows!) and they are the best for both your face and hair. They are one of my must have beauty products! I just got this hair mask and will let you know how I like it after I give it a go. Please share your favorite Winter Skin Savers in the Comments!

It was fun to see you in PB
OOOOH! Thank you Wendy – I will give it a try! Loved seeing you too and really appreciate the new product advice!
I have used 4 bottles of Vintner’s Daughter serum and now I don’t wear foundation. It is amazing stuff. A tiny bit goes a long way. I haven’t used botox in 3 years, this serum really works. But you will need to use a sun screen.
It sounds like a miracle serum! I will go check it out – Thank you! xxRidgely
