LINENS: For Every Room and Occasion

As many of you may or may not know, I am obsessed with bed and table linens and my all time favorite thing to do is Mangle them!  With that in mind, you can understand why I am so excited to get my hands on a copy of the newly released book; Linens: For Every Room and Occasion by Jane Scott Hodges. I have know Jane Scott since our days together at Tulane and love the linens she has created as the founder and owner of the couture fine linens company Leontine Linens. I got a sneak peak at some of the beautifully photographed pages by Paul Costello and the topics the book covers.  Be still my heart! There is a whole chapter devoted to cleaning, storing and caring for your linens!

The beauty of Linens: For Every Room and Occasion is that it showcases a multitude of linen filled rooms and the many interpretations of appliqué, embroidery, quilting, prints, monograms, and borders—and the myriad weaves and colors to explore.  You have to get this book so you can see the breadth of possibilities there are to creating a personalized bed or a welcoming tablescape, it is visually inspiring, informational and a wonderful resource.
