The best purchase I made last year was a pair of Acne shearling lined ankle boots (see post here). They kept my feet warm during one of the coldest winters I can remember. I wore them everyday, except for when it snowed and I needed something waterproof and slip-proof in addition to being warm. I pulled them out for the bitter days we had last week and have them ready for what is yet to come.
