As many of you may or may not know, I have been on the quest to lose weight and get in shape for a big birthday looming in my near future. I have lost almost 20 pounds and am still working at it on a daily basis. I was hiding under tops that seemed to get more and more diaphanous, so I really didn’t realize how much weight I was holding on to until I saw some pictures of myself at a family party. I knew my dress was snug, but I didn’t think it was that bad! UGH! I still need to get some more weight off and I have to make working out a priority. When Maidenform contacted me to try out their new sports bras, I knew that it was the perfect partnership to make me get active. It is not easy to done a sports bra and have my picture taken for everyone to see, but it has motivated me to keep after my walking and doing the Kayla Itsines workouts.
I have always had a hard time finding well fitting, flattering and easy to get on and off sports bras. The Maidenform Sport Bras are just was I have been looking for. I particularly like the zip front racer back because of the zipper and the black and white pattern is fun. I appreciate that they have a motion control technology that keeps bounce under control and the fabric incorporates moisture-wicking to keep me dry.. all very important details. As I am writing this, I know I need to put one on and get out for my walk! I am still about 1,000 steps short for the day…
