Beach Picnic Menu

Last weekend I put together a  July 4th picnic (a few weeks early!) at our local beach with several of our friends (see more here). We picked an easy, make-ahead menu that we divvied up among the three couples.  Christine made the appetizers, I brought two of the main dishes and Lisa did a corn salad and the patriotic (not to mention delicious!) flag cupcakes. All-in-all it was a really fun filled evening and we collectively decided that we needed to take advantage of our local amenities more often.  Please find our yummy printable menu and picnic packing list.  Happy Summer!
