Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of Ridgely’s Radar, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for Ridgely’s Radar:

  1. images: Uploaded images may not have text alternatives because older images were uploaded prior to us knowing the importance of adding alternative text. We are now ensuring that we add alternative text to each new image we upload and correcting missing alternative text on older images.. Please contact us if you encounter an issue.
  2. Low contrast on embedded CTAs and forms: Some CTAs use white on a colored background that does not comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements for color contrast because CTAs were created before we understood the importance of proper color contrast. We will review and recreate forms and CTA sections where color contrast is non-compliant. Please contact us if you encounter an issue.
