Setting the Table: Butterflies for Spring
I hosted our April book club a few weeks ago and am finally getting to the pictures I took of my dining room.  I have been wanting to use my white butterflies for a centerpiece and what better time than a Spring dinner party?  I had purchased the wooden box at a flea market a few years back and it has turned out to be really useful.  I have filled it with many decorations and for this arrangement it was just what I wanted to make my rustic butterfly forest. I put three Floral Foam blocks in the box and then stuck branches I found in our yard into them.  I was able to find some Moss in our yard to cover the foam and make a forest floor.  If you do not have a yard or garden to scavenger from, you could purchase green Moss and branches.  I then clipped on the white butterflies in a random pattern.  It was so easy and I should credit my husband for reminding me to use the flora foam and doing a huge Spring clean in our yard that made looking for branches mush easier.  It looked really pretty lit by candles and we have been enjoying it ever since.  I love it so much I don’t want to take it down!

This is magical! I am going to make this for a special dinner party coming up.
Adore this table scape! We were just at a dinner party and they had pineapples everywhere! That was cute too!
