I am back with another easy weeknight dinner from Little Cuisine Seasoning Mixes* which is located and produced right here in New Canaan, CT. After our dinner party a few weeks ago, see Fall table here, we needed something yummy but uncomplicated for the following nights dinner and I pulled out the Chili Seasoning mix. I followed the directions on the packet and substituted cannellini beans for the kidney beans, that are a more traditional bean added to chili but not our favorite, and since it said to serve over rice or noodles, we tried it with vermicelli. I couldn’t help myself and added some sharp cheddar and a small (!) dollop of sour cream to mine. It was yummy and just what we wanted for an uncomplicated delicious dinner at home. The best part is all of the seasonings have no artificial ingredients, no added MSG, sugar-free, certified gluten-free, kosher and non-GMO project verified. The Chili comes in a salt free and a spicy version, so you are sure to get one that suits your families tastes, and to have dinner on the table with in 15 minutes is pretty great!
