Should you invest in Seint Double Ended Brushes? YES.. 100% you should get the brushes! They were designed to work with the IIID cream foundation and they offer lots of different application styles.
If you are new to IIID Cream Foundation, I suggest you Pick these 3 Seint brushes first..
If you have received a color match from me or are starting out with using cream foundation for the first time, I suggest the Blush + Bronzer, Blend and Detail Brushes. They are the first three brushes I bought and I loved how they each helped me apply the makeup.
One! The Blush and Bronzer Brush is a favorite. I love the smaller end to blend my highlights (aka Foundation colors) and blush. It is perfect for stippling the makeup on your face. Not sure what stippling is? It is when you use small touches with the brush to pounce the cream makeup onto your skin. It creates a beautiful even thin layer of makeup on your skin.
TWO! Next, I use the Blend Brush for a light natural application on my cheeks and around my eyes. The smaller end is great for applying the highlights on your face and the fluffy end is great for a super light feathery application.
Three! The Detail Brush is my go to for contour. It is great for placing and blending the contour.
When You want to Expand Your Tools, Here are the Other Brushes I Love
Once I mastered the cream foundation and blush, I wanted to add eyeshadows and demi to my tool box. I expanded my brush collection to include..
- The Eyeshadow Brush – for eyeshadow
- the Smudge Brush – for eyeshadow and highlight application
- The Line Brush – it has a spoolie brush on one end that is perfect for shaping your eyebrows and a slanted small brush that is great for filling in your eyebrows and softening eyeliner or applying powder as eyeliner.
- The Multitasker Brush – The flat end is great for applying lip color and the small end is good for Lip Liner, Eyeliner and small details
- The Spot Brush – this brush is what you will need if I have matched you to Demi or you want to try Demi to target blemishes, vein lines, and other fine details.
There are a Few Extras You Will Need..
It is really important to keep your brushes clean and the Brush Cleansing Spray is amazing. It is specifically engineered to dissolve bacteria and remove makeup residue from your brushes quickly and easily. It dries almost instantly and smells so good. You will love using your brushes when you have just cleaned them. I use the spray weekly or when they need a quick refresh – spraying the brushes and wiping them on these super soft microfiber cloths( I use them for washing my face too).
They just launched this cleansing brush soap that is perfect for a monthly deep clean.
I have one of these Brush Cleaning Tiles in my palette to swipe my brush between colors.
And I just go this Brush Holder that is what I needed to travel with my brushes.. it also fits a No 18 palette making for the perfect makeup on the go!
