Garnishes as desired - I used:
Shaved Coconut
Cocoa chips
Gluten Free Granola
Fresh Raspberries
Instructions
Fill the blender Cup half way with ice ( I use a Isagenix blender or the
Magic Bullet
)
Add about 8 ounces of water on top of ice
add 2 scoops of desired IsaLean Protein Flavor
Screw on Blender lid tightly, shake well
Blend to a icy thick consistency
Pour mixture into a bowl
garnish with favorite treats
eat immediately
