Did you wake up after Christmas with a Holiday Hangover?? I don’t mean an alcohol hangover, well.. maybe that too. I mean an overwhelm from a season of working at full steam, shopping, organizing, cooking, parties, wrapping, traffic, drinking, eating and not a lot of down time? I know I did! I woke up this morning feeling D O N E.. absolutely done! I loved every single frantic moment of it all but now I need to get back to some sanity. So instead of just lying around, I rolled out of bed put on my running shoes and tried to run 2 miles. That was a mild disaster.. but you know what?? I got up and tried. Tomorrow I may actually run the whole way without stopping. I have to try.
And then I had my protein shake. It tasted amazing! Many weekends, I will make it extra special into a yummy “acai” type bowl. Here I took the Limited-Edition Raspberry Cheesecake Seasonal Protein Shake * and blended it up to a delicious thick consistency and garnished it with lots of toppings. Maybe tomorrow after my full 2 miles.. I will treat myself..

Description
Make a delicious, one bowl meal in minutes! The hardest part is picking what flavor you want.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops IsaLean Shake
- 8 ounces water
- 1/2 cup ice
- Garnishes as desired – I used:
- Shaved Coconut
- Cocoa chips
- Gluten Free Granola
- Fresh Raspberries
Instructions
- Fill the blender Cup half way with ice ( I use a Isagenix blender or the Magic Bullet)
- Add about 8 ounces of water on top of ice
- add 2 scoops of desired IsaLean Protein Flavor
- Screw on Blender lid tightly, shake well
- Blend to a icy thick consistency
- Pour mixture into a bowl
- garnish with favorite treats
- eat immediately
