Prepare a Charcuterie Board from the Local Grocery Store

Instead of lounging this long weekend we have been running around doing errands, cleaning piles of laundry that we picked up from a round trip drive to our sons school in Virginia and trying to get the deck cleaned up for our first drinks and meal outside.  It seems like a never ending list of chores but to celebrate the start of Summer, we decided to make a quick, easy charcuterie board from the grocery store.  No fancy cheese shop, butcher or bakery for this dish, everything came straight from Stop & Shop! I fancied it up by arranging the meats and cheese on a cool shaped cheese board I found at Homegoods, and put the small condiments in my pretty small dishes that I have picked up over the years.  We uncorked the wine and are going to carry it all outside to our deck to sit down and enjoy the fruits of our labor.  Ahhhhhh!  Cheers!
